SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 570 8GB 3.3 short to ground

Hi i have a SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 570 gpu that when power on it doesn't get get detected by bios and fans spin at max rpm.. when i checked the bottom pci e section of the card the 4th pin from the right is short. i can find where it leads to to find solution

can someone please assist if they have an idea where i should look as i don't have a voltage injector

a solution could be to look for a boardview of this card wich i already did now. it isnt online here. you could look for a boardview of a similar card to find out whats wrong with it.
