    EPoX 8K9A7I bad caps ?

I have an Epox 8K9A7I motherboard. (manufactured 03/08/2004)
Is it good that 5V+ shows 4.76V ?
12+V is also not stable, jumping from 12.16 to 12.28 V
I know that this motherboard may have GSC caps on it.
    No stability problems yet.

Are any of the caps bulged? Better check the PSU too.

OK, I will check the board and write if I find anything.

PC Health section of the BIOS Setup shows these voltages.
Why did you ask ? (I am not a hardware expert and I do not have any special equipment)
