i have a 5700xt saphire nitro+
sometime it is ok, sometime it is dead
when it is dead, 3.2v is missing at the circled pin
therefore output of and gate is low
and no enable for the ffk chip
I can't find where the 3.2v came from
3.3 is present at AND gate pin1 vcc
strange thing is when the card is working, then i press the reset button,
pc / display not immediately restart

his problem is perst line broken
in my case, perst is ok, but no 3.2 at the other input of AND gate
any suggestion ?
