i have a 5700xt saphire nitro+
sometime it is ok, sometime it is dead
when it is dead, 3.2v is missing at the circled pin

therefore output of and gate is low
and no enable for the ffk chip


I can't find where the 3.2v came from
3.3 is present at AND gate pin1 vcc

strange thing is when the card is working, then i press the reset button,
pc / display not immediately restart

CS just up for a second, then low again
CS wont stay high

My GPU, P104-100
All voltage are present
Also tried change bios chip from working gpu
