MSI GTX 760 2GB voltages ok but cant detect gpu

    Hi guys,
I have another projects and I would like to ask some advice.
    This is a MSI GTX 760 2GB card MS-V284 ver 8.1
On the GPU there are all voltages and GPU is warming but motherboard cant detect.
(I dont have boardview or schematic.)

    I found this topic https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=100799
and it helped for me but I cant find the problem yet.

I checked the bios chip select and there is not appear. I measure constant voltage on the bios chip pin 1.
Then I checked the resistance between PCIe pin 11 and GND and I measured 7,4 MOhm. Because this is the PCIe RST pin.

I think it is wrong, because on any other card the value is infinite resistance between this point and GND.

Does anyone have any info on this part of the circuit?

It seems to be the the resistance is OK, because I have another card and that is similar than this. (Gigabyte GTX 670 2GB)

I have RST voltage but I dont have chip select. Anybody knows what is needed to chip select event activating?

i also have the same problem,
CS just up for a second, then low again
        CS wont stay high

        My GPU, P104-100
        All voltage are present
Also tried change bios chip from working gpu

So I found schematics but dont helped for me at the moment.
On my card are some parts missing but it seems to be factory. I marked it on the picture with grey square.
I measured the voltage on IFP_IOVDD point: 3,3V I think it is normal.

I think your problem is different from my, because the normal CS flow is high (1.8V or 3.3V) and very short time low and then high again.
I my case the voltage on the CS pin is 3.3V constantly.

First boot up and use onboard vga to screen. Then use GPUs detection software to detect presence of gpu. If detect, means gpu unable to screen. If not detect means, gpu bigger problem.

If you get black screen after driver install, usually that mean fault memory chip.
                      Try to testing with mods/mats.
