viewsonic va1916w no power!

viewsonic va1916w it seems that power board is ok but no power!
i have viewsonic va1916w that has no power,i measure the two schotchy diode
the one is 14volt and the other is 5volt..it seems that is ok..but sometimes 14volt will drop to 9volt then 8volt and 5volt will drop to 0 volt..i change the secondary filter capacitor..
and also i test cn801 pin1 and 2 are 5volts and on and off signal is 1.something volt..but still no power no led indicator..TIA

Not good enough. The quality of our help depends on the quality of the information you supply. The pictures you supplied don't really tell us anything. Buy or borrow a better camera, or have a friend take better pictures.
