I need schematic for KA271 LCD Monitor

Ii wonder if anyone can help me. I have a Acer x163w monitor which is not powering up. The PSU main capacitor's one leg had completly come off - I replaced it but the PSU is still not outputting DC. I found the monitor in questions service manual here on manuals lib but the schematic in there is a completely different - the schematic shows no mosfet to drive the transformer while the one I have does use a mosfet - also the schematic shows only one optocoupler but mine has two.
The PSU board is labelled FM-20A02-AAA made by APD as per the image below. I am trying to find a schematic for this... -
Normally, I never post repairs this quick after I do them, because… I am usually very slow.
But today, I’m making an exception here. Why? No idea. Perhaps only because the repair details are still “fresh” in my head… which is ironic, given this is a 16 year old monitor that hardly anyone will care about today. It is new to me, though.

does anyone perhaps have a schematic or service manual for an AOC monitor (1440p) of this type:
CQ32G1
CQ27G1
Q27G2U
They all seem to use a similar video and power board (it has an external power brick).
I've seen various reports of this AOC monitor type that sometimes provides power on logo and display, but most of the time only white back ground.
There are no markings for voltages on the boards and regulator part numbers are a bit elusive to determine the output voltage.

I purchased a preowned AOC monitor that is not working and out of warranty. It was sold as not working. I am looking for guidance on self-repair. In particular, I am after the firmware for the monitor. At the end, I have included monitor model information and links to pics and vids of the issue.
The problem is that it will not display a picture on any of its inputs. And the on-screen menu does not appear. The power button works properly. It powers on with the remote as well. But the on-screen menu does not appear, even when not connected to any...
