Help Finding a Replacement LED Strip

    Hello Everyone

I've spent hours looking at Chinese (mainly) websites offering replacement LED strips for backlighting monitors, TVs etc but I can't find one to replace mine.

Mine goes into a BENQ GC2870, it contains 32 LEDs and is 355mm long. It is marked E117098 94V-0 on the front and NLM144LL077BDBKALB00751R901LGA on the back. I have attached some pix in case that helps.

Really kind, much appreciate your help.

I've been on to their website but I don't think they've got any stock which doesn't matter because I can't find any way to pay them. Spent about an hour trying to setup an Alipay account (I'm in the UK) without success.

I think what I'll try and work out is how to use a strip of the right length and width (355mm & 5mm) even if it has more LEDs.

Wish me luck and thanks again for your help.

More, fewer LEDs - it may not turn on, the led driver will not work correctly (current protection)
There, in my opinion, 4 channels of 8 led.

I think the strips I am thinking of come with a driver board which needs a 12VDC supply and which takes the place of the integrated LED driver circuitry within the monitor?

I would need to find a place from which to tap a 12VDC supply and then use double sided tape to attach the replacement driver board to the monitor chassis.

          I think

I don't know how I would integrate the panel controls that control the picture, brightness etc. Another problem!

Meant to add that you are right about the 4 banks of 8 LEDs making up the 32 in total.

              Hi There!
I'm trying to help my friend who owns a restaurant be just bought.
He has a very long LED strip running along all the walls and columns. The strip is attached facing down 2in above the floor, using a wall panel that ends in a metal rail that finishes the panel underneath
It's stuck using, I guess, the 2 sided tape that comes with the strip
The issue is that like 1/2 of the full length, including 1/2 one wall, another entire wall, and one column, flickers after 4 or 5 minutes ON. Particularly it flashes staying OFF most of the time and flashing ON for 1 tenth...

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
              by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

              Assuming...

              220v Led strip flickering
              by adelage
Hi, I am installing a long led strip and I noticed that it frequently flickers slightly, it is not a strong nor regular thing, but it is noticeable and annoying. I have measured the voltage of the mains and it shows some fluctuations, it normally stays at around 226v, but often (every few seconds) drops down to 218/219v), and the flickering happens exactly at the same time. I have measured this at the counter and with every appliance off, so it's not related to the house electrical system, but that's how it comes from the supplier.
I know that the best solution would be to get a voltage...

Macbook Air M2 A2681 Kernel panics after screen replacement
              by reformatt
Just had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".

It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...

Adjustable dc power supply and tcl led strip
              by benareeno
I wonder if i shorted the whole strip...where to put pos and neg to just light up a single diode...or the entire strip. The strip lit for a second...so maybe i fried it? What say you?

I have an adjustable dc power supply and was trying around 9 volts.

I have a pic of a single diode...where to put pos and neg terminals to light it up?

Pic of middle of strip..is this where i light the entire strip?

And pic of end...or does this light the entire strip?

Where to put pos and neg for single diode..multiple diodes and the entire...
