Acer v203HV turns pink to white display

Hi forum friends,

This Acer v203HV lcd monitor has been working normal for more than 5 years until yesterday. When i switched on, the normal Acer logo appears but after less than 1 minute, the display turns pink hue( image 090232),shortly it becomes white (image 090246). So i opened up the monitor case, checked the main board and scalar board (image 091912).
Nothing burned, no cold solder, the fuse and diode all checked good, even capacitors with low esr 0.00 off the board.

Also checked the tcon board, and found nothing peculiar. Has anyone experienced this before or has any suggestion on what to check next? Kindly offer your help to save this monitor. Thank you in advance.

How many volts on the board t-con at the point 5V1 ?

Definitely older than 5 years old, can tell by the font of the Acer logo.

Got 5vdc at the point 5V1 on the tcon board.

Appreciate your help to diagnose this monitor . Hopefully it will return to its full working condition from your step by step instruction.

Measure the voltage t-con board at all points marked V ( for example VGH, V33 and rest). Make a table.

The problem sounds like a faulty matrix board. Perhaps some element under voltage is changing its parameters, I would check the elements on the board by heating or cooling locally. You may be able to find a faulty one.
