Hello all and happy holidays. i have said item here today in hopes of repairing with any advise. it powers on to a blueish looking screen. power light stays green. no signal whatsoever. all power boards look good. caps look good. no bulge or leaks noticed. what would be the best place to start?

Is this monitor going to stand-by mode (amber LED) after cca 10 sec?

If yes, it looks, like no voltage is going to panel.

    Check voltages at circled places.

I have a 912N that goes to white screen when I unplug the analog cable and goes turns off with green light blinking at about 15sec intervals with no display.

            Hi folks,

I'm new here and was wondering whether you might be kind enough to give me some advice on troubleshooting the following problem:

Quite a few years ago now, a couple of years from new, my Samsung Syncmaster 740BF LCD monitor starting playing up by making a buzzing noise and then the display would go blank. I seem to remember the blue power led would also go off when this happened but that I'm not 100% sure of.
