Hi, i have an LG E2240S 22" LED monitor with a defective firmware i think.
When i turn on the monitor i see the LG logo and a "no signal detected" warning, completely normal as i haven't connected the VGA cable, the image looks sharp and perfect, but as soon as i connect a signal (doesn't matter the source resolution or whatever) the monitor seems to go into sleep mode, strangely if i connect a VGA cable and a DVI adapter even without connecting it to a computer i get the same result.
Power supply and voltages seem OK, even tested the monitor with a different PSU with no luck, control board looks fine, no bulged caps or overheated components, according to the service manual it's possible to reset the internal config but i'm unable to access at the control menu, the monitor won't respond to the key combination.
I have checked the components up to the raster chip, nothing wrong with the passives so as a last option i think a corrupted firmware seems to be the culprit, i have located a download link, but it's in Russian an requieres registration with a Cyrillic captcha.

Does anyone have a dump of the flash U403? suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
