    samsung 245bw completely dead

I've been lurking around for a couple of weeks since my 245bw quietly died and i've yet to see anyone with the exact problem i've had, i tried a few threads including the mega thread and couldn't seem to find any suitable direction so i figured i'd give it a shot hopefully without gravedigging too badly.
So the power supply is a bn44-00173a, that through really quick google searching i decided it'd be best to recap with the kit all 14 caps and the 3 trouble resistors, no luck same symptoms as originally, which happened to be absolutley nothing no blue led no display no nothing i powered off the display one evening due to some lcd burn in had been experiencing this thing never got turned off when i powered it back up about 8 hours later there was no noise, smoke, power led or anything.
i have a meh meter with an even more meh capacitance setting the other common failure items i've read are the 82µf mains cap with i got to measure near that at one point and the 18nf cm802 which i was getting to about 25 nf without removing from the board. Fiddling around with psu and the "mind flatulence" board with the pc connections all connected my voltage reading make no sense basically anywhere 168vdc across cp803 77 into it to gnd and basically 77vdc everywhere else voltage is listed in the diagram so im at a total loss. I do have the 2 main boards and buttons completely off the display due to space restirctions.

    CP811 47uf 50v
    CB806 68uf 63v
    CB808 47uf 50v
    CB810 1uf 50v
    CB872 22uf 50v

are the first things i would check.
i assume you checked the 3 fuses.

i checked the 2 main fuses on the psu i think the third is on the inverter and i haven't messed with it at all since im getting no power at all even the led wont light so i assumed power supply
      cp811 .42v
      cb806 0v
      cb808 256mv
cb810 all over the place 1v ish to 3mv
      cb872 10~16v
the mega thread mentioned 392 or so across cp803 im only getting 168

Do you at least have SB_5V?

i meant check the capacitance on those, not the voltage.
and there is a 3rd fuse on the psu

            Re: samsung 245bw completely dead

            CP811 47uf 50v 46.74µf
CB806 68uf 63v i keep getting ol or nonsense nf readings but like i said i dont have an esr meter just a cheap chinese meter with a cap function
            CB808 47uf 50v 47.2µf
            CB810 1uf 50v 1.03µf
            CB872 22uf 50v 23.23µf
as i said i recapped and the three trouble resistors, the entire board with a kit off amazon. Nothing on the 5.3 pins to the main board that i belive is the standby, and for the third fuse i think its fb802 a small brick red box soldered to the board its good 0 ohms

i really don't think the my cap readings are gonna get this anywhere my meter just has way too much trouble reading them once it was outta the board after some fiddling i got it to read 69.3 my meters cap function just sucks
