LG Flatron M1721a - NO SCREEN

Hi!
This screen, while it has sound (is TV and PC monitor), has no have image.Displays momentarily for 1 second and then just black as TV also as monitor for pc.I opened it and the power supply had 5 very bloated capacitors.Replaced them but the problem was not solved ..... What can blame?

There is not CCFl lamps because I checked with flashlight the screen and there seems no trace of the screen.
