Just if anybody will run into this one, it is easy fix. It's most likely of Samsung origin as it has IP-35135B board (common for Samsung 740, 940 B model), also similar to board in Samsung 203B. I think no pictures needed, there are plenty threads about them here.
Just swap capacitors for low-ESR D10 6,3 V (5,1 V rail) and 16 V (13 V rail). Remember to check green fuse, it may be burried in fixation stuff between the caps. Mine still works fine but already has two bulged Samxons GF.
