Sceptre x220t naga - just replaced caps but...

Greetings. I have a sceptre x220t naga that I just replaced all the caps in the power supply. Before it did nothing with only flashing power light. The four capxon 470 25v were obviously bad, but I replaced them all. From Digi-key they are: four P12389-ND's, two P12366-ND's, and one 493-1575-ND.
It does power on now and I do get a 'no signal' message, BUT it only lasts for a couple seconds then goes off and the power light goes back to blinking.

You do have the monitor connected to a computer, correct?

That seems to have done the trick. I thought it didn't matter. Working good! DVI port even works.
Chalk up another 'fixed' and thank all of you for the help.
