insignia NS-32LCD intermittent backlight sorry wrong forum

Have a insignia NS-32LCD in the shop starts fine but loses back light after 15-30 minutes. Looking at the 24 volt supply it starts out low under 23 volts as the set warms up the voltage drops to about 20 volts. The back light will come and go with no set pattern .the audio stays.
To me seems like some capacitor problem,I have substituted 3 1000uf but same problem. diconected 24 v line voltage stays low.Turn tv off back on you get the 22v and can see a stead drop.I know(think) it is pwr supply problem but cant pin point it.It is also heat related be cause with back on problem appears, without runs ok except the fact the 24v line low .cover power supply problem starts.uncovered tv runs but that 24v bugs me.
    I appreciate any ideas/feedback thanx

Insignia NS-32D511NA15 intermittent video on powerup
    by binsonk
This 2014 32-inch Insignia LCD TV has intermittent video, while audio seems to be okay. The first powerup the TV often behaves fairly normally, but if I turn it off then turn it back on, the video blinks on and off. Sometimes the video keeps blinking, sometimes the video finally comes on and stays on, and sometimes the video stops blinking and remains black. It's possible to try another powerup and get a steady picture, after the red standby light blinks 3 or 4 times. Is this problem a T-con problem or a main board problem?

Insignia NS-LCD019-09 issue: Power light turns blue for 3 seconds, the flashes red before going solid read again
    by cajoeg
Hello, I'm new to the group and to trying to repair a LCD TV. During the past few years, I've been collecting/repairing/restoring vintage personal computers (Commodore, Apple II, Atari, TRS-80, Texas Instruments, and Timex Sinclair). This has been my retirement hobby. Now I've gotten interested in trying to repair a LCD TV that I have and used regularly when working on vintage computers.

The LCD I'm working on is a Insignia NS-LCD019. I've downloaded the service manual that I could find, but it must be a different revision since not too many items in the service manual match the TV...

Dell Latitude 7420 BIOS Unlock Gone Wrong
    by Jeff'sTech
    Hello everyone.

I have come here with a rather specific question. I was given a Dell Latitude 7420 laptop with a busted screen, and wanted to see if I could refurbish it into my daily driver. I wanted to experiment and see if a 2-in-1 display would work as the chassis of the laptop and 2-in-1 7420 looked identical. I threw in the display and my hypothesis was correct, however, I was greeted with a locked BIOS and since I didn't know the password, I figured I'd try to unlock it somehow. I bought one of those POGO pin probe things for my CH341A programmer so I could read and make...

Winbond 25Q16JWNIG – Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 G814JZ bricked after wrong flash – Need help
    by Vincent Kahle
    Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me.
I have an Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 (G814JZ) laptop with a Winbond 25Q16JWNIG chip on the motherboard.

Unfortunately, I flashed the wrong file (BIOS/EC/other region – I'm honestly not sure anymore), and now the laptop is completely dead: no display, no fan spin, no reaction at all.

I have a CH341A programmer and I'm able to read and write to the chip. However, I'm not sure which software is best (AsProgrammer, NeoProgrammer, etc.) or if there's anything specific I should watch out for.
    A valid BIOS/EC backup...
