    Samsung 245BW Problem

Ok before you say that there are many other 245bw threads on this forum, I have read through most and can not find the anwser to my problem. I do get the blue light but black screen problem, but I have the BN44-00195A Powerboard. I have no 24v out or 5.4v out. PSON from main board is 3.2v when on and zero when off and I do have a standby voltage of 5.2v to main board. Help me please this one is driving me crazy!!

Whatever I do, I consider it a success, if in the end I am breathing, seeing, feeling and hearing!

I saw that one and my voltage from pin 3 to pin 2 are 16.3v, but according to the data sheet the minimum is 16v.

You are right at the minimum.
Have you done any thing with the startup cap?

I pulled it and tested for capacitance. I don't have an ESR. Should I just replace??
