I pulled it and tested for capacitance. I don't have an ESR. Should I just replace??

I saw that one and my voltage from pin 3 to pin 2 are 16.3v, but according to the data sheet the minimum is 16v.Leave a comment:

Ok before you say that there are many other 245bw threads on this forum, I have read through most and can not find the anwser to my problem. I do get the blue light but black screen problem, but I have the BN44-00195A Powerboard. I have no 24v out or 5.4v out. PSON from main board is 3.2v when on and zero when off and I do have a standby voltage of 5.2v to main board. Help me please this one is driving me crazy!!... -
Samsung Syncmaster 945bw High Voltage Question

Vizio SV420XVT1A With Blown IC
I have a Vizio SV420XVT1A with a blown IC at location IC101 on the power/inverter board. Can anyone tell me what this part number was and give me an idea as to why it would blow.
