First, I apologize in advance if this isn't the appropriate sub-forum to post this in. Mods, please feel free to move it if that's the case.
Anyway, over the years I've done a fair chunk of business with LCDRepair.us, and generally been satisfied (thus the return business). In mid-April, I placed a couple of orders but have yet to receive any shipment notification or otherwise. Calls have not been answered, and emails have not been returned. After searching around, it seems as though I'm not the only one having the problem (there's even a mention on this forum here.
I'd prefer not to open up a dispute with the credit card company, and thought that Badcaps might be a good place to check in to see if anyone had any additional information or thoughts on the issue or how to contact the company.
