    Bitlocker issues

    [SIZE=12px][FONT=Aptos]Customers laptop had a Motherboard go bad and replaced it. they want to try to get data but. I am having bitlocker issues. I will list below[/FONT]

    [FONT=Aptos]Issue 1: When connect the drive to my computer to decrypt it I get this message. "there are no supported protectors on this drive the drive cannot be unlocked"[/FONT]
