I have not forgot about this project either but was having a hard time finding a switching power supply that the switching power board profile was the same for a 12 volt switching power supply which I found some and they finally came in the a few days ago from China and when I have some time to work on it

Here is the 24 volt switching power supply that is used in the battery testing machine

You have to select 24 volts @ 6 to 9 amp version

This switching power supply has the same board profile but does not have the same current output

They all seem to have the same design profile and the same connector profile which hooking up this switching power is going to be easy to do with the hardware and I not going to have to drill any new holes to mount them

Well I have finally found a working solution for charging battery packs with BMS protection boards


Okay this one the current control does not work correctly but the meter module is very accurate for the type of meter it is

This one the voltage/current controller works correctly but does not have the meter module but the board layout is the exact same thing so the meter module sit right on top of it but you have to remove the pots from the board that does not work correctly and mount them on this board and you are ready to rock and roll

Update it turns out that only one out of the 5 that I bought was defective and the rest of work correctly
