I´m designing a receiver for rf video signal using an old analogic tv tuner , my doubt is if after the ic video demodulator it´s necessary a circuit for modulate the signal to couple in a RCA composite plug , like an DVR or old TV.

the LM1889 is used to create an RF that can be input to an antenna of a TV. If you are sending the video from the TDA2549 to RCA and wangt to modulate the video again ( like change the RF frequency to channel 3/4) or the like then you would use the lM2889.
