Identify this component TAG 425 400 TO220

I am repairing an old bench power supply that also contains what is most probably a triac, but googling the markings on it will not reveal much info.

The full markings are:
TAG F2
425 400

TO-220 package

What is exactly this thing?
What component should I use instead of this?

It seems to be a tag semiconductor TAG425-400 Triac, 400v 8Amp (F2 is likely a date code)
