What is this teeny tiny chip??

Hello guys,

Im trying to identify this chip. Its out of a kaiser baas media player.
Its something to do with the power supply and conected to a couple of inductors.
Ive spent hours trying to find out what it is but i give up, any help will be apreciated.

Im 99% sure the markings are

4064
1382

And mesures about 2mm square
