need help to identify these part.....

hi guys

really need help to identify these part,

it is in a Bushnell Digital Trail Sentry 11-9000

and part is in location q5l

was trying to read the part when i notice that the was no more top part on it. so this are the only 2 good photo i have....

i think you should remove the transformer to get a better look,
because it looks to me like you may also need an inductor and you need to trace the tracks to check the possible cause.

thanks,that what i was thinking of doing,was just hoping someone would have worked on one before,and would have know the exact part number.thank i will do this.
