Please can anyone help me with the frequency and symbol rate for scanning STARTIME DVR DECODER? I would so much apreciate if anyone here help me.

frequency and symbol rate together wih FEC value are used to specify a stream or package.

click on the channel name for the frequency and symbol rate etc.
infact it's on the left marked SR

frequency 3741, SR FEC 10114. If i get it right i clicked on startimes tv guide
