Flashing 25Q256JVEQ with CH341A ?

Hello.
I try to flash a 25Q256JVEQ with CH341A but i can't, the content is written successfully but on verify i get match error.
Anyone knows if it's possible to flash 25Q256JVEQ with CH341A or not?

So i just destroyed it with the 5v CH341A?
But how is this possible ? i keep read it and write it 6 hours now trying to figure out the problem.

Absolute maximum is 4.6V. It could just be that the chip behaves unreliably at this voltage.

Ok, confirmed the chip is good, no hard from 5v.
