What T-con goes with this tv again? Then i'll install the boards on a frame and i can measure the voltages for you...
Back of the power supply still ok? No burn marks etc..
no burn marks that i can see, and thank you for getting your boards out, but i think im on a losing battle, with this one, and may just put it aside untill i can come by a power supply.
How did you test it? Were you looking for the Voltages?
I request you to test the resistance, not Voltage and no power to the TV.
yes i was looking for voltage, tryed to follow voltage from mains and across F2 it goes though some resisters and reduceing the volts down to 7v AC at a SM cap and then cant get any think after, so then tryed traceing from 3.3 stb pin back into the board and again cant seem to find any voltage,
so any idea as to what resistance i should get, and from what points do i test ?
Check the resistance of D950, ZD951, ZD902 for very low resistance in both directions.
Check the to see if you have about 325VDC between the two legs of C902.

set my meter on 2000, D950 red on black end of diode and black on silver end =255, reversed =over 2000 so set meter to 20k and got 2.10.
ZD951 = 256, reversed =over 2000 so set meter to 20k and got 3.12.
ZD 902 = 634, reversed = 1033.
C902, is this the main cap,? as on my board it is C808 and no voltage
Nah your not on a losing battle! Lets start with the suggestions that budm is giving you. I can send you my PS if you pay for the shipping cost. But try to fix yours first!
I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!
that one, sorry did'nt even look at that because of the voltage you said, so thought it must be the main cap you was after, but yes, tested and got the 335v

thank you, your so kind, but like you say we will see how it goes.
OK, since the diodes in the cold side are not showing Low Ohm reading, looking at the 3.3VSB drive circuit, I can see one commonly fail snubber diode ZD908 (P6KE300A), you should unsolder one leg so you can lift one leg off the board and then test it in Ohm mode and in diode mode.
Also check the Fusible resistor R901 (1 Ohm) to see if it shows around 1 Ohm.
on first post you wote you placed worked PSY and result same.. so i wrote in post No 2 SSP. dont spend time and nerve on it.. no order signal from SSB to this Delta, refer to Delta training

ZD908 reads 1860 ohm in direction of flow, and no reading in the reverse mode on ohm set meter at 2000, diode mode is also correct,
r901 reads 1.4 ohm set meter at 200
ok, this don't look good, C912 = 0.92v, and C906 = 0.33v and slowly drops, but caps are fine, as have already had them out and checked ESR.
BTW, i only have the one power board,
Ps , they are diodes D950 and D951. So the PS only gives the 3.3v standby which is going to the mainboard.
If you don't have the 3.3V on your power supply then something is wrong. If you do have the voltage then the mainboard does not turn on the PS to generate the other voltages.
If i need to measure something let me know!
