already check it, and fine, but no voltage though it or to it, same with all other diodes.

What T-con goes with this tv again? Then i'll install the boards on a frame and i can measure the voltages for you...

Back of the power supply still ok? No burn marks etc..
I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

How did you test it? Were you looking for the Voltages?
I request you to test the resistance, not Voltage and no power to the TV.

no burn marks that i can see, and thank you for getting your boards out, but i think im on a losing battle, with this one, and may just put it aside untill i can come by a power supply.

yes i was looking for voltage, tryed to follow voltage from mains and across F2 it goes though some resisters and reduceing the volts down to 7v AC at a SM cap and then cant get any think after, so then tryed traceing from 3.3 stb pin back into the board and again cant seem to find any voltage,
so any idea as to what resistance i should get, and from what points do i test ?

So you did not do the resistance test as I requested, and also the Voltage test on the cap as I requested:

set my meter on 2000, D950 red on black end of diode and black on silver end =255, reversed =over 2000 so set meter to 20k and got 2.10.
                ZD951 = 256, reversed =over 2000 so set meter to 20k and got 3.12.
                ZD 902 = 634, reversed = 1033.
C902, is this the main cap,? as on my board it is C808 and no voltage

that one, sorry did'nt even look at that because of the voltage you said, so thought it must be the main cap you was after, but yes, tested and got the 335v

OK, since the diodes in the cold side are not showing Low Ohm reading, looking at the 3.3VSB drive circuit, I can see one commonly fail snubber diode ZD908 (P6KE300A), you should unsolder one leg so you can lift one leg off the board and then test it in Ohm mode and in diode mode.
Also check the Fusible resistor R901 (1 Ohm) to see if it shows around 1 Ohm.

BTW, so both power supply boards do not have 3.3Vsb when it is powered by itself, right?

next section to check will be the DCV between the two legs of the startup/running cap C912, and also between the two legs of Aux supply cap C906.

ok, this don't look good, C912 = 0.92v, and C906 = 0.33v and slowly drops, but caps are fine, as have already had them out and checked ESR.
BTW, i only have the one power board,

I took the working powersupply and plugged in the mains. No other boards connected.

I measure only 3.3V on the 2 diodes on the picture.
I do not measure the 12V etc but thats because the mainboard turns on the rest of the board.

                                      Do you got 3.3v?

                                        Re: Philips 42pfl7603d/10 dead

Ps , they are diodes D950 and D951. So the PS only gives the 3.3v standby which is going to the mainboard.

If you don't have the 3.3V on your power supply then something is wrong. If you do have the voltage then the mainboard does not turn on the PS to generate the other voltages.

If i need to measure something let me know!
