    I have measured the point you wanted. All the volts are as you wrote.

    the most top coil in the yellow is 16.8v

    voltage on smaller caps at rams are 0.7v. At the biger ones there is 1.4v

      yes that pin has 3.3v

      I have ordered bios programmer.

      As soon as arrives I will try to reflash the bios.

        Ok little update.
        I got the programmer, programmed bios with bios file provided in https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=60869

        but it's the same.

        But I have notice something when I plug in charger, there is quiet fast beeping coming from somewhere on the motherboard. I really can't locate the source of this beeps, but when I power on laptop beeping stops.

        Any suggestion on what could make theese beeps (it's not adapter itself).

          check schematics for s5 voltages. its voltages that is present when attach adapter. if u have some of that beeping, i assume something is try to start but detect problem and power off and try another start

          also try at least 3-4 bioses
