  • Hello everyone, I'm looking for the blueprint of the iGame GTX 1080 Vulcan.

    Hello everyone.
Recently, I received a GTX 1080 Ti Vulcan, but I haven't found the relevant blueprint.
The problem with the graphics card is that there is a VRAM error, and the fan doesn't spin when the computer is turned on.
    I want a schematic diagram.
Can you all help me? Thank you very much....

  • Lenovo T480s Supervisor removal procedure unsuccessful

    Hello,

A friend of mine approached me with request for help to recover access to a few electronic devices left after tragic death of his son. One of the devices is a Lenovo T480s laptop with UEFI Supervisor laptop. I did my research on internet for possible methods and couple of them lead to BadCaps forum.

  • Replacing resistor fuse in Sony DV charger

Hello, I have 2 old chargers for Sony DV, and I found the same resistor fuse dead. Fuse is a crossing component : 0,47 Ohms (0,125W deduced because the lenght is 3mm). But I can’t find the same for buy.
So, I want to replace by another like 0 Ohms, 1 Ohms 0,125W,

It is the same please ? I guess it’s the same, the only change should be the time to burn ? Thanks...

  • R9 5900HX missing caps on top of processor.

I want to start by saying this was by no reason my fault. I was working on this laptop for a friend that stated his Laptop wouldn't come on. I checked the power, nothing. So I went to the cpu and found that liquid metal had seeped under the protective glue and into these caps. (I was streaming so I have video evidence for you non believers) When I removed the glue, the caps came out with it. Anyhow, what I need is a way to identify these missing caps. Please help a brother. The processor is a Ryzen 9 5900HX the motherboard is a G533 6050A3250201 REV 2...

  • 2020 MacBook Pro M1 bootlooping after repair.

Basically, this never opened before MacBook Pro had some liquid damage around a few keyboard backlight components, that I replaced. Turns out it wasn’t the actual issue, the actual issue was a defective CD3217.

Removed it, replaced it. Laptop booted fine, I erased it, installed a new macOS version, checked battery health, speakers, screen etc. Turned it off to put everything back together, turned it on again, and it started bootlooping.

Chime, shows apple logo, then a progress bar, and when it fills at about 1%, reboots. Back to the Apple logo, progess bar almost empty,...

  • Lenovo Legion 7 16ithg6 NM-D721 weird behavior

    Hello guys,

I have recently aquired Lenovo Legion 7 16ithg6 NM-D721, with weird issue. From time to time it will POST fine, boot to windows and work without a single issue. After restart however, it will not post again and then it will not post at all.

After messing around with bios (reflashing it), removing ssd, wifi, battery, etc, none of helped, I checked 5v and 3.3 coils and to my surprise, multimeter showed both coils hovering around 4V for 5V coil and 2V for 3.3v coil.

Thermal camera did not showed anything hot, but I'm sure something is either going...
