need help i have here Aspire SF313-53 NB8511-PCB-MB-V5 power on no display fan spin reboot 3 times before its stable fan always spin i check all the voltage i found the +vsys is only 9v as my knowledge it supply also to LCD as 18v or 9v but i only have 9v also i found shorted on main mosfet the 2nd mosfet but produce 18v i replace ialready that short is gone then 19v is stable my question is is that normal +vsys is 9v maybe this is the problem but i dont know what causing that anyone can help me please
