PC not booting up after power flicker

Hello all, my PC is not booting up. This is what happened..
One of my from USB port pins were bent. I mistakenly inserted my video camera to download the movies to my PC but it froze. During the reboot the PC came back on, and stuck on the first hp logo screen, after the lights (the front on button) flickered few times. since then it is not booting up at all. The power supply LED at the back of the PC (the green light) comes on as soon as I plug in the power cord. No smoke or smell came out of the PC during this. Here is the info.

    - HP Slimline PC (s3321p)
    - Motherboard is M2N61-AR

What could it be? Here is the product spec page

    Appreciate your help.

did you straighten out the loose usb pins? check those and make sure that they are not connected. It may be that the USB pins are pushed together and giving the system a bad signal which is confusing it.

forgot to add.. also, this is the frequently asked questions section. you would have better luck asking the proper question in the proper topic. this listing is more for general info about the forum. this is not a help topic for things like this.

Yes. The pins are straight. Opened the cover and tried disconnecting the USB connectors on the motherboard as well. No luck ;(

Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 - no power
        by PantherDave
        Hi all!

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 that won't power on. Motherboard model is M1007506-015. My priority is retrieving data, but the SSD is integrated so it looks like if I can't repair it it'll need to go to a data recovery company. I've done a little basic board repair before, but nothing this advanced until now. So please forgive my ignorance in advance. 😅

I found the boardview for this laptop in the forums here, and am able to open it on my PC with FlexBV.

        Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74 power issue
        by GLISIT
        Hi all,

TL;DR - this laptop is driving me nuts with the oddball power-related behaviors. Appreciate any insight you can provide!

I'm experiencing a power issue on an Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74. Although I've worked with electronics and computers for decades, this is my first attempt at getting into motherboard-level component troubleshooting. Any help the community can provide is greatly appreciated!

A few weeks ago I was using the laptop (on battery power) for a Zoom meeting. The battery was running very low (long meeting) but I wasn't worried about...

Desoldering gun station modified to use a 18 volt @ 20 amp switching power supply
        by sam_sam_sam
I have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump

One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy...

ASUS PD551LA REV2.0 not booting after one week power off
        by megcox
        Hi everybody
My ASUS PD551LA (REV 2.0), after a week powered off with power adapter disconnected, is not booting anymore.
If I plug the adapter, the battery is charging, the power led lights but after pressing the power button there is no sign of life.

I've found the Boardview file of the motherboard and the schematic of PU551JA (that looks 99% compatible).

I've disconnected the battery and all devices except screen (I removed also the RTC battery, hope it's not a problem at this stage...) and checked all signals and power rails involved in the power on s...
