Upgrade/Flash Foxconn H61MXL/H61MXL-K MoBo Bios

Hello,
This is my first post in here, so hello all

I have a FoxconnH61MXL/H61MXL-K MoBo, it has the origianl 2011 Bios.
I would like to update it to the newer P04 Bios but can't.

Can anyone advise on how to upgrade/flash this Bios??

why cant you?
are you saying you cant find a newer bios, or you dont know how to flash it?

Don't know how to flash it. Also need to know how to write enable the bios
