Anyone who doesn't have multiple email accounts (given the number of "free" providers) is just begging to have their one (or few) accounts eventually overrun.
Note that it's not just a matter of exercising care in where you use it and who you give it to but, also, how careful those places are with their own accounts! I.e., if anyone you've given your email address to has their machine/account compromised, then expect your email address to be public knowledge!Comment

Re: Is there a way to fight against SPAMMERS?
I've used the same email for 10+ years but get very little spam..
Paid spam filtering and using a client I can add rules to helps greatly.
10minutemail is also great to use when you're just signing up for something.Last edited by diif; 01-29-2018, 02:33 AM.Comment

Re: Is there a way to fight against SPAMMERS?
my main BCN address gets spammed pretty good....but the traps on the server whack probably 98% of it. Very seldom does spam make it to my inbox. I created this mailbox when I established the site in 2001....<--- Badcaps.net Founder

Re: Is there a way to fight against SPAMMERS?
I will try with client rules but... this is my work email, i'm always very aware of risks, i give my address only to prof. suppliers, i suspect someone has sold my address, damn he... now the spammers works as a net i think, if i block one address many others pops out.. lets wait and see..Comment

by Francesc V.Hi:
I have a Rotel amp where the main volume works badly...........going clockwise the volume goes up and down.......anticlock wise more or less the same..........it's like a fight to turn volume up or down......xDD
Here is the schematic.
My question is how I could simulate to turn volume up or down to isolate the issue......maybe it's not the encoder but it's the main board.
A PWM signal between pin 1 and 4???
Thanks in advance,
Francesc.

Well hi to all
The big question: Is there any hope?😎
I think about 36 hours ago I begin my journey to find a solution for my pc model with no luck.
BCU: Access denied
Efi Shell: Hp Protocol Something etc..
I am not that experience, "but I can fight my way through"
What to do guys?
To be or not to be is not the question anymore. -
by sugarfootHi, my display no longer wakes from sleep. Half the time it won't power on at all. It also occasionally flashes black, white, red, blue, green and says "press menu and shortcut 2 to disable burn in".
It's a great monitor, I hate to give it up without a fight.
Are there any service manuals for this display? How do I disassemble it and see if there are any blown caps? Thanks.-
