Multi input AC Voltage measurement?

Are you aware of devices or devices I can configure as shown notionally in the attached drawing?

Needing to measure 220VAC 3ph on 15 different inputs and select input and report voltage RMS via Ethernet or USB to the test controller.

Any hints appreciated.

Do a search on "branch circuit monitoring" and see if that gives you something you can use.
