    Indeed that's the problem.

The HP D530 and DC5000 SFF are pretty much the same piece of smelly shit. I had to refurb about 30 of those DC5000 at my old work along with a few D530s. While none of them blew on me, I did notice that more than 3/4 of them had bulged caps on the mobo - and not just Teapos, but pretty much every brand of caps that they had used (which includes Rubycon, Nichicon, Ost, and Teapo). That's because the cooling of these systems sucks badly. Not to repeat myself, but again, these systems are a piece of shit. The *only* brand of caps that I never saw bulged in these was Panasonic, but those were used only on the CPU VRM and only on a handful of machines.

The power supply in these systems is equally shitty - has 50mm intake fan that is slowed down so much that it barely turns. Keeps the caps (Samxon GF, Ost, Ltec, and Teapo) nice and toasty so they hatch faster. To top it off, there's that tan conductive glue just about everywhere inside.

Despite all of that, though, the motherboards in these HPs seem fairly tough becuase it takes them a lot of bulged caps to appear before they become unstable. Probably the only boards I can say ASUS didn't do such a bad job on.
