No-name netbooks (x86) with Windows XP or 7

I am curious about no-name netbooks (of an x86 or x64 architecture) which support Windows XP or 7.
    Do you know of any?
A search on www.made-in-china.com for "netbook" and "atom" yielded very few results.
As far as I have seen, many no-name netbooks have an ARM architecture and use Windows CE 6.0 or Linux.
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

those ARM based netbooks are basically PDAs in a netbook formfactor.
my brother has one of those as a satellite navigation system (with a USB GPS mouse) running Navigon (or was it Tomtom?) on Windows CE 6.0

the one he has is similar to this one

execept it has 256MB RAM and a 4GB SSD.

If i were you, i'd rather look for a used eeePC. i love my 1005HA (Atom N280, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, n-Draft WiFi, Bluetooth, UMTS/3G or whatever you call it). the only thing i hate about it is the glossy case. fingerprint magnet
