Need help Identifying some CapXon Caps from Acer LCD

Hello and thanks for any responses I have an Acer AL2017 A (LCD) Monitor that Blew some caps last week and I am having a hard time Identifying the Values they are CapXon Capacitors and read as Follows
they are all Radial Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors.
    row 1 Positive side
    KF105C as in Celsius
    row 2 P642
    row 3 Vent

    Row 1 Negative side
    CapXon
    row 2 2200uf10V

second cap is as above but it's P640 220uf25V
and third cap is P644 1000uf25V

any help would be appreciated so I can order some replacements from Panasonic and if their DC voltages or AC voltages
