Anyone ever seen a Asakawa capacitor? Good, bad...?
I find it in my old alarm clock. Like a 5 days ago it reset itself, and there days before today it stoped working completely. It kick back again after I pulled the power plug and waited long time before I power on it back again.
So diassembled, measured 14,8 - 15V on the cap and replaced with Samxon GK 220uF 16V d8 I have few spare d8 ones before they are available in d6.3 ... Alarmclock is up and working again well, but the cap looking like a new one. Could it be the culprit? I find that hard to believe, but...

Anyone ever come accross this Asakawa cap? And your experience?
