Help noob choose ELNA, RJG, 10V, 100µF replacement cap?

I know that many of you can probably choose a perfectly good replacement out of a box of loose caps by just by feel …

But can you hold a noob's hand a bit?

On the (approx) 11mm height x 5.3mm diameter cap is:
    ELNA, RJG, 10V, 100uF, (M), CE105˚C, 0602, (S)

ELNA website no longer shows an RJG series. Overwhelmed by choices and options at places like DigiKey. Would any of the many seemingly close ones work?

Even if scrounging locally, from what I'm getting around here: = or a bit higher V is OK, try for closer but no lower uF, and = or better tolerance and temperature; not sure about other parameters like ripple and low-hi impedance; and "good" brand is always preferred, even though it might cost 10X more than an $0.08 generic.

    Thanks.

    What's the cap from ?
Whilst there are several premium brands of cap, after taking advice on here a couple of years ago, I use Panasonic FR, FM and FC caps.

The RJG series was a low impedance, therefore a Nichicon PW series is a perfect replacement. http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/...X1J5JW69KRs%3d . Try this one.

Very much appreciate pointing me in the right direction.

It's from a decade old piece of home theater equipment - and surprisingly (to me) not on the power sub-board. Realize at that age, a complete re-capping might be recommended, but this will be my first real try at it. (And am sure it's no coincidence the brands you mentioned above were up there on the higher-end cap manufacturer "list".)

        Thanks again.

I do a lot of old audio gear from the seventies. I use Nichicon almost exclusively because they stock pretty much every size I need at Mouser. Generally I use PW series and KL series only. They are much better than the originals, technology has improved so much in the last 40 to 50 years.
