Strange capacitor types in old oscilloscope

I have been trying to repair an old Telequipment D32 oscilloscope and came across this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOeEbyIllcM.

Can somebody identify what the type of capacitor is shown at around 13:31 of the video? What would be a good replacement, if needed? Mostly out of curiosity, actually. thanx.

They're either tantalum or mica/film capacitors. 100 is probably 100nF or 0.1uF but double check by measuring other capacitor with same value or look in the service manual which is probably this one:

I'm going to guess it's a polystyrene dielectric capacitor, which was (not easy to find anymore) very stable over temperature. If you have to replace one and can't find a polystyrene part, I would suggest mica or polypropylene dielectric parts, in that order of preference.
