Anyone heard of these caps?

I was looking through Maplin's online catalog to see if they had capacitors in the capacitance and voltage I need to recap those burst Tayehs on my motherboard. While searching the site, I found pictures of two cap brands that I've never seen before - GemCon and Dubilier. I'm not sure if the site allows hotlinking images, so I've decided to post them as attachments instead.

Look for yourself and post what you think. Have any of you heard of these brands before? If so, are they good or bad caps?

dubilier i have seen bad by the ton in newall dro units.
go with major jap brands and be done with it.
