MSI K9A platinum Am2 caps KZE, KZG,Sanyo and near VR ones with an M inside a circle ?

Hi guys I just bought this new mobo from MSI k9a platinum I checked all the caps from this board, and manufacturers are KZE , KZG , one or two sanyo ones, and then over the voltage regulator a whole row of CAPS with a small M inside some sort of circle what's that brand? so my question is are these caps quality ones? or less or more prone to blow

Hi yep those are the ones I got large ones about ... let me check the capacitance they're 3300uf 6.3 volts . Something I forgot to tell you on the backside layout of the PCB , to my suprised , I checked the solderings, and one of the caps, seems to be hand soldered I mean.. the soldering doesn't fit like with fabric solder which it's like a sharp point. Could this cap might have been replaced by someone? I'll taking the board to the supplier cause seems really odd to me .. see if I can take a shot.. but you get the point ? don't you

Many bords go through a second (manual) process in the factory if they fail POST

Oftenly the problem can be simple, like the silkscreen missed a component so it did not get soldered in properly... This gets fixed by manual labor work in the factory...

So I'd say it is just fine the way it is, unless it looks tooo gross of an repair job

The 'KZE' and 'KZG' caps are made by United Chemicon, which is a good brand. Those letter codes are the model/series. You can tell a UCC brand cap by the crown logo (or whatever that thing is).

All your caps are good brands, so you should be fine. The only one you might possibly have any concern with is the KZG's. A few people have reported failures on those, but nothing like the number of reports you see with bad caps. They probably just don't respond well to abuse. As long as they don't get badly overheated they should be fine.
