Hi there sorry if this is a stupid question.but could someone tell me if i can replace the following caps.


with these

both are the same value 15n 630v but obviously look different.
they are for a vestel 17pw20 v2 power supply.

If the blue ones aren't 'X' rated, then yes.

it says on the blue one ,15n j 630v 378

if it were x rated would it state this on the casing.
