Yup, I believe so. That PSU looks pretty good actually. The green cap is a Samsung or Samwha, right? -

The green caps are "SSL" 85C caps that i also believe are Samsung caps. BTW im really sorry that the PSu isn't an Ilssan but is an Samsung 200W PSU. The built quality is ok me think, but it lacks a 3.3v pi filter coil.
