I once bought a brand new primary Illinois Capacitor cap from Newark that came bulged (Wasn't leaking electrolyte, but the top was domed and the sleeving was on funny)... I emailed them and they demanded proof. I sent them photos and they told me that it was normal... I still buy their caps (Especially KXM series which is equivalent to KZE/FM and often on sale), but I really shouldn't.Comment

Interesting. Yeah having issues with the PSU. It could also be the motherboard though. If it's getting 400V then there should be nothing wrong with it?Comment

Seems ok if psu has pfc 400vdc would seem about right.Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair
