Did you buy them as non working motherboards?
Did you try without a videocard - just using onboard graphics.
Does the fan start - does the hard disk start.
Do you get any led lights?
Did the pc work with a good motherboard?
Have you tried the memory in another machine?
Cleaned the memory slots and pins on the memory stick?

_Don't_ reflow these chips, it is a waste of time.

          Let me explain why...

Normally, what you try to achieve with a reflow is to bond the leads of the chip to the pad on the board... What people don't realize, is that what they are really accomplishing with these nVidia chip reflows is the re-bonding of the *internal* pads from the core to the substrate. They're seperating because nVidia used an inappropriate combination of solder alloy for the substrate and core pads.

Even "re-balling" will never make these chips completely reliable.

If you reflow, you're only buying yourself some more time.
"We have offered them (the Arabs) a sensible way for so many years. But no, they wanted to fight. Fine! We gave them technology, the latest, the kind even Vietnam didn't have. They had double superiority in tanks and aircraft, triple in artillery, and in air defense and anti-tank weapons they had absolute supremacy. And what? Once again they were beaten. Once again they scrammed [sic]. Once again they screamed for us to come save them. Sadat woke me up in the middle of the night twice over the phone, 'Save me!' He demanded to send Soviet troops, and immediately! No! We are not going to fight for them."
