Yes, post photos of them, or if you can't, use paint etc and draw a picture.

22*10^5 = 2200000 pF = 2.2 uF
K= +/- 10%
2.2uF +/- 10% 450V MKP or other type
Brand = I don't know
Use TDK/Epcos or WIMA or RIFA, they make high quality caps.Comment
