Looking for schematic – RS Welding Systems WIG-STEUERUNG (906383 / 906384, RS1)

Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a project focused on diagnosing and reconstructing the control electronics of RS1 / RS Welding Systems Leipzig (WIG-STEUERUNG) welders.
I’m looking for the schematic diagram or any technical documentation of the main control board labeled 906383 / 906384, used in RS1 TIG/MMA welding machines.

The board includes:

• two UBICOM TDS38070 microcontrollers,
• EEPROM 24C256,
• analog ICs such as LM358, TL062, MC33153, MAX4515,
• a gas valve control section (BD135 / IRF8G30 / optocouplers P621),
• connectors labeled Display, Netzteil, WK, LB, KS, Fernregler, Brenner,
• and voltage regulators LM2575T-5 / 7815 / 7915, plus several relays.

I’m particularly interested in:

• the connection topology between the microcontroller, analog circuits, and EEPROM,
• the power distribution network (+24 V, ±15 V, +5 V),
• and the control path for relays and gas valve.

In exchange, I can share:

• high-resolution photos of both sides of the board,
• EEPROM dumps and working firmware versions,
• and a growing RS1 technical database (diagnostics, firmware, tuning, power supply).

Any help, partial schematic, or technical hint would be greatly appreciated.
