Samsung UN60EH6050 No Picture/Flickering Backlight

TV will turn on fine, but there is no picture and the backlights flicker constantly. If I unplug the LVDS between he T-Con and main board, the backlights stop flickering (there just is of course no picture). I really thought it was the T-Con, so I sent it off to be repaired. The guy who repaired it said he tested it on a model in his shop and it worked. However, I'm having the same issue before and after the 'repair'.

These are my voltages with the T-Con unplugged from the main board:
1: B13V...12.6
2: PWM_DIM...2.9
3: B13V...12.6
4: B13V...12.6
5: Vamp...12.6
6: BLU_ON/OFF...4.9
7: Vamp...12.6
8: GND...0
9: GND...0
10: GND...0
11: B5V...5.3
12: A5V...5.3
13: B5V...5.3
14: POWER ON/OFF...3.5

12: A5V...5.3
13: B5V...5.3

So as far as I could tell, the only thing that differs between plugging the T-Con into the main board is that PWM_DIM goes crazy which would explain the back lights flickering.

Would this point to a main board fault or a power board fault. I'm hoping it's not the T-Con at this point. The guy that worked on it said he is 100% sure it works, based on his reviews I'd like to believe him.

Have you checked to make sure it is not just bad connection in cable?

Yes I've checked, all seem good.

I believe that backlight flickering can be caused when there is a led fault (failing led) but not always. Turn down your backlights and see if the flickering reduces with a reduction in led drive.

I have no picture at all, so I'm unable to turn them down at the moment. If an LED was failing causing the flicker, wouldn't that make them always flicker? They only do with the main/t-con connected. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

You do have voltage at your t-con?

Can you disconnect the leds and use a flashlight to see if you have an image on the screen.

Getting 12.4V to the T-Con.

Disconnected the LEDs, but still no picture. PWM_DIM also still jumps from 1.6V-1.9V give or take. The TV takes about 10 seconds or so to start flickering, before that the backlight is constant (just no picture). PWM_DIM stays at 1.98V during this time, then starts jumping around after that.

Did note that I am getting no response from the remote. Even with just the main and power board hooked up, I can't turn the unit off. Would this be indicative of a faulty main?

Well my guess would have been t-con. So next I guess would be main board.

If the fixer guy sure that the T-CON is good then you should see the image on the screen even with flickering backlights since flickering lights will not cause not to have image on the screen, so at this point I lean toward main board.
